Terms and Conditions

 Welcome to the Beauty Mate, owned and operated by BM Sensation Pty Ltd.

 Outlined below are the terms and conditions that apply when purchasing Beauty Mate products or when accessing the Beauty Mate website.

 You can also access our Privacy Policy by clicking here. Please note that by accepting these terms and conditions your are also accepting the terms of the Beauty Mate privacy policy.

 Placing your order

(a)  To place your order you are required to follow the instructions on the website. 

(b)  You complete your order when you click ‘submit’ at the checkout page. Please ensure that you check the items in your shopping cart and provide the correct delivery details prior to submitting your order. 

(c)   The contact and delivery details that you provide will be used to fulfil your order and to send you the products that you have ordered. These details will also be used as outlined below in a manner consistent with our privacy policy  

(d)  If you require assistance with your order you can contact Beauty Mate using the contact details below.

 (e)  Your credit card will be charged immediately on placing your order  

2. Delivery Costs and Timing 

(a)   All orders will be posted / shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving your order. An email confirmation of your order will be sent to you upon ordering.  

(b)  International delivery: Beauty Mate is only able to provide an estimated delivery time with regard to international orders. Orders sent by international delivery should arrive within 6-7 working days of dispatch by Beauty Mate.

 (c)  The above time frames are only estimates. Beauty Mate does not accept responsibility for delay in delivery. 

3. Backorders & Out Of Stock

(a) If you order a product that is currently out of stock, you will receive an e-mail to let you know. We will advise you of the possible in stock date and request a confirmation that you would like to proceed with the order. 

(b) Where the product is currently out of stock and you do not wish to proceed with your order you will have the option to exchange or cancel. In the event of cancellation, the payment amount will be reinstated on your credit card within 5 – 7 working days. 

4. Damaged or Faulty Products

(a)  Damaged goods: We take care to pack your items carefully so that they won't get damaged in transit. If, for whatever reason, they arrive damaged, we ask that you return them to us by regular delivery within 14 days to Beauty Mate Reply Paid 11 Port Melbourne, Victoria, Australia 3207. On receipt of your returned order, we'll arrange for replacement products to be sent to you.  

(b)  Faulty goods: We would like to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with Beauty Mate products. If you receive faulty products we would ask that you return them to us by regular delivery within 14 days of receipt to Beauty Mate Reply Paid 11 Port Melbourne, Victoria, Australia 3207.  

(c)  Where you have received faulty goods Beauty Mate will provide you the option of having the faulty goods replaced or receiving a full refund. When returning the faulty goods please indicate to Beauty Mate how you would like to proceed. It will be assumed unless otherwise stated that you would like to receive replacement products. These will be sent to you by express delivery on receipt of your returned faulty products.  

5. Returns policy       

(a)  You may return new, unopened items that have been supplied to you by Beauty Mate within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned unopened in their original product packaging. The following items may not be returned:

­                    Items that have been opened;

­                    Items that have been damaged or spoilt by you

­                    Items that you have received more than 14 days prior

­                    Flammable items

­                    Gift certificates 

(b)  Goods can be returned to Beauty Mate Reply Paid 11 Port Melbourne, Victoria, Australia 3207.  

(c)  The refund will be made directly to your credit card. Please note, you will only be refunded for the products returned.  

(d)  You should expect to receive your refund within 30 days of returning the products. We’ll notify you by email once we’ve received and processed the returned item.

 6. Use of your personal information

(a) When placing an order with Beauty Mate you will be required to provide personal information including your name and contact details.

(b) Your personal information will be used to fulfil your order and to supply the products your have ordered. 

(c)  Beauty Mate will also use your contact details to send you further information about Beauty Mate products and promotions. This may include contacting you by mail, telephone, email or SMS. By providing your contact details and accepting the Beauty Mate terms and conditions your are expressly consenting to being contacted by these channels for marketing purposes for an indefinite period of time until you communicate to us otherwise.  

(d) Beauty Mate may enter into arrangements with third party affiliates to provide you marketing and information relating to third party products, services and promotions that may be of interest to you. 

(e) You can opt out of receiving marketing communications from Beauty Mate at any time by emailing your request to info@beautymate.com.au.    

(f)  Your personal information will be collected, used, stored and disclosed in accordance with our privacy policy
